TERMS OF SERVICE/CONDITIONS
AWP Vehicle Inspections makes no Warranties or Guaranties, express or implied and hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Cancellation: All requests for cancellation must be made at least 4 hours before the inspection has started. No refunds after the inspection has started, refunds typically take 5-10 days

Nature of Inspection: Upon placement of inspection order, you are hiring us to evaluate the overall condition of a designated vehicle. Our inspectors do not use vehicle lifts, jacks or tools to diagnose or disassemble the vehicle. Several factors may affect the accuracy of the inspection, such as weather and light conditions as well as the cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out. We suggest that you contact the seller to ensure that the vehicle is clean prior to our inspection.

Limitations: AWP Vehicle Inspections shall not be held as any warranty or guarantee on behalf of the Seller or Buyer. AWP Vehicle Inspections will not be responsible for damages that occur after our inspections and before or after you purchase the vehicle. AWP Vehicle Inspections services are limited to vehicle inspections. We are not affiliated with any sellers nor will we verify a sellers legal ownership and right to sell the vehicle. AWP Vehicle Inspections shall not be held as any warranty or guarantee on behalf of the Seller or Buyer. AWP Vehicle Inspections will not advise you on whether to purchase a vehicle or not and shall not be held responsible for any decisions made. During our inspection we do not disassemble any part of the vehicle.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: AWP VEHICLE INSPECTIONS DOES NOT MANUFACTURE VEHICLES NOR IS THE SELLER or BUYER AND SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MANUFACTURER DEFECTS OR UNDISCLOSED/UNREPORTED DAMAGES. AWP VEHICLE INSPECTIONS CONDUCTS VISUAL INSPECTIONS TO IDENTIFY PREVIOUS REPAIRS AND DAMAGES TO MECHANICAL AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OR OVERALL SAFETY AND ROAD WORTHINESS OF ANY VEHICLE. YOU AGREE THAT AWP VEHICLE INSPECTIONS LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REFUNDING FULL PRICE OF INSPECTIONS IN THE EVENT OF DISSATISFACTION WITH OUR SERVICES OR DAMAGES/INJURIES/ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS THAT OCCUR AFTER INSPECTION DUE TO UNREPORTED/UNDISCLOSED DAMAGES OR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS.
Sever-ability: If any section of this agreement is found by competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect and for any reason, the validity, legality and enforce-ability of the unaffected remainder of such section and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of any state or Federal court in the State of New Jersey, acknowledge that venue is proper in the State of New Jersey, agree that any action related to these Terms and Conditions must be brought in a state or Federal court in the State of New Jersey and waive any objection that may exist, now or in the future, with respect to any of the foregoing. No waiver by either party of any breach or default here-under shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.
